Layton's Mystery Journey - Real World Puzzle Solving (in English)!

Level-5 released a real world puzzle game that everyone can join in on here!

It's part of their promotion for their latest Professor Layton game (7th, if you're counting) Layton's Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires' Conspiracy featuring Professor Layton's daughter.

This guide was created to help the aspiring Professor's Assistants having a spot of trouble following the Japanese sites or finding some of the necessary clues. Some puzzles only give locations where the actual puzzles can be found.

It is spoiler-free, meaning NO SOLUTIONS on this site!
Some extra instructions may be hidden [like this] for those who are extra confused though. :)

Update: Layton.World adds the puzzles (and sometimes even parts of the solutions) to the older puzzles. o:

Puzzle 1: I Have a Puzzle...
All you need to solve the first puzzle is on the page!

Puzzle 2: Block the Letters
Click on the circles to open webpages (in Japanese) and solve the puzzles you find at the ends of the pages. Don't scroll too much or you might load another article!

Puzzle 16: A Puzzle of Ancient Glyphs

Hint: [The complete image looks something like an asterisk in a box. The lines that are missing from that image form the letters. Each image creates one letter.]
Hint Hint! [The first word is LION. The first image is missing the left and bottom lines of the square, forming an L. The second is missing the top and bottom lines of the square as well as the middle vertical line, forming an I. The third is missing the entire square, forming an O. The last is missing the left and right lines of the square as well as one diagonal line, from upper left to lower right. This forms an N. Now do the same for the three images at the bottom to get the solution!]

Puzzle 26: Hide and Seek

Apparently, that twitter account gives eight different locations in Japan! The puzzle is broken down as follows: the first seven locations give numbers for solving and the final location gives the actual puzzle.
For those who are curious, the locations are Arashiyama Park (Kyoto), Daimaru Tenjin (Fukuoka), Yamashita-Cho Tanabe Corporation (Yokohama), Okayama, アジトオブスクラップ (Sendai), Namba Dotonbori Hotel (Osaka), Nagoya TV Tower, and Sumida Park.

This puzzle only gives you one part of a 64 piece puzzle. The combination is made of a total of 16 letters (A to P) and 4 numbers (1 to 4). Find the word leftover after removing the odd one out!

Puzzle 32: The Mysterious Coloured Balls

Hint: [Find three words related to baseball starting with B, S, and O respectively. You do not need to know any rules about the game, just three very basic words related to them. The blanks are spaces for letters. The answer to the puzzle will be found when you order the letters in the words you found as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.]

Puzzle 33: Video Mystery
This puzzle only gives a twitter handle! @MasiOka (Masi Oka is best known for his acting roles in Heroes (Hiro Nakamura) and Hawaii Five-O (Max Bergman))
His timeline has five videos related to the puzzle (in chronological order):
1) Tweet and Video (MAN - Red, Blue, Green)
2) Tweet and Video (LOVE - Red, Blue, White, Green)
3) Tweet and Video (END - Green, White, Red)
4) Tweet and Video (ONE - Blue, White, Black)

Each letter has a different colour; this is relevant to the puzzle!

For the color blind: 12345 are colored in red, blue, white, black, and green respectively.
